During 2025, Samana Developers launched 16 new projects across Dubai and ranked as the fifth highest selling off plan developer in the emirate. In 2026, Samana Developers is continuing its expansion and delivery programme in Dubai. The developer has outlined six project handovers during 2026, with a further 11 handovers targeted for 2027, strengthening its focus on converting its growing off plan portfolio into completed residential developments.
